This study was carried out to evaluate the metabolic effects of two different doses of poultry manure (0, 3 t ha -1 ), and three different doses of phosphorus fertilizer (0, 50, 100 kg P 2 O 5 ha -1 ) with or without Bacillus megaterium M-3 inoculation on the biochemical parameters such as total protein, glucose, triglyceride of Hungarian vetch ( Vicia pannonica Roth ). The results indicated that 10 -8 CFU ml -1 Bacillus megaterium inoculation with ~80 kg P/ ha -1 affected all biochemical parameters of Hungarian vetch positively
