We report a case of 19 th week of fetus with a diagnosis of bilateral frontoparietal schizencephaly with open lips and corpus callosum agenesis. This case is the earliest schizencephalic fetus reported in English literature. Children with schizencephaly have variable neurological impairment such as poor intellectual and speech development, severe developmental delay with spastic quadripar-esis. Therefore, prenatal neuroimaging may be helpful in identification of the defect and this will guide counseling parents what to expect with the development of their child.}, number={3}, publisher={Bursa Uludağ University}
