N2  - Denizli-Karahayit hot spring water is traditionally used on folk medicine. In this study, two Staphylococcus aureus growth curves (a strain isolated from atopic dermatitis lesions and standart S.aureus ATCC 25925) by three different Karahayıt thermal spring water as basal broth medium’s ingredients are analyzed with non-linear curve fi tting method. As a result, no inhibitory effect of Karahayıt thermal springs was observed on S.aureus strains.
