While patients may be asymptomatic, hypertrabeculation may cause heart failure, rhythm disturbances, and embolic events. It is generally diagnosed by autopsy. However, in patients diagnosed early with imaging studies complications couldbe prevented or treated. In this report, we present a case with isolated left ventricular hypertrabeculation, which was diagnosed by echocardiography during the work up for coronary artery by pass surgery.}, number={3}, publisher={Pamukkale University}
