N2  - Skin aging is a time dependently developing process, advancing with natural and external sources. In this process, sun is the major factor increasing skin aging. Early skin aging which depends on sunray is a subject evolving the common public. Even though a certain withitness was developed on the subject, it is still not reached to knowledge level for exact protection. In this review, general knowledge on skin aging depending on sun and therapy approaches and also cosmeceutical materials are mentioned. UV rays are reported to weaken/incapacitate natural antioxidant defence mechanism by increasing free radical production on skin. Thus, place of cosmeceutical agents in this subject, especially antioxidants, and the natural and synthetic ingredients are summarized in this review
