N2  - In this study, the substances which might cause the release of bradykinin from the kininogens in the rabbit plasma are searched It is observed that, Gantanol (4 g/ kg), Tween 80 (2 g / kg) and sodium alginate (2 g / kg) caused statistically significant reduction in the quantity of kininogen and consequent release of bradykinin.
