Damage in the Social Structure and Failure in the Income Distribution have been Continuing)  Domestic and foreign debts are keeping their high levels despite the decrease in 2005. In order to maintain this debt level, government has to allocate most of its tax revenues to interest payments. This situation damages the income distribution and forces most of the population to live in a lower income class. This situation can be considered as the reason for high level of poverty. As a consequence, theft and fiscal offences have been increasing and the damage in the social structure has been escalating significantly.
