N2  - Transporting operations, which make connection between buyer and seller, has an important function in international trade. But transportation has an effect on cost increase. Transportation costs involve in the important factors that affect international trade volume. For this reason transportation costs are important competitive tools for exporting countries. This study focuses on importance of exporting on development of a country and identifies cost elements of transportation in exporting, the problems facing transport oporations, and suggests some solutions.
