N2  - There is a linear relationship between organizational climate, which identify the attitudes and behaviors of an organization’s management, and the effectiveness of the accounting system formation. Accounting department is much more important in participative organizations. In this sense, expectations from accounting or the definition of accounting in terms of organization varies. The main functions of accounting in participative organizational structure include formation of financial information systems of the organization and supporting the decision making process. However, in non-participative organizations, main functions of accounting include booking, and legal responsibilities of the organization, such as, taxes, etc..
