N2  - (The Situation of Women in Profession of Accounting: Comparison of USA and Turkey)  In this study, we will consider the situation of women in accounting profession with the samples of USA and Turkey. Even though the number of women who are recruited by CPA firms has increased in USA, the number of women partners hasn’t rised proportionally. In this study, we will discuss the reasons of why women partners in profession are in minority as such in USA illustration and we will also mention what some CPA firms did in order to increase the number of women partners and the situation in Turkey.
