KW - ışık yolu KW - polisakkarit KW - fotobiyoreaktör sistem KW - Porphyridium purpureum N2 - In this study, Porphyridiumpurpureum was cultured in a flat panel photobioreactor systems, withdifferent light path (3, 5 and 7 cm). Lipid, protein, biomass andpolysaccharide rate were determined. The highest polysaccharide content (0.48gL-1) for Porphyridium purpureum in the study was obtainedfrom the culture with 1.316 gL-1 biomass rate, 29,7% protein it thepanel PBR system with 3 cm light path. The lowest polysaccharide content and highestprotein were found as 0.31 gL-1, 32.3% respectively, at it the panelPBR system with 7 cm light path. Consequently, Porphyridium purpureum cultured successfully completed in flatpanel photobioreactor system at Cukurova Conditions (Adana, Turkey). The bestgrowth was obtained from 3 cm light path photobioreactor system. CR - AOAC Method. (1995). Official methods of analysis, 16th edn.
