N2  - In this study, classical organization theory is examined in detail. In the present study, it is intended to introduce what kind of a correlation exists among classical organization theories. While conducting the study, it is detailed by considering how classical organization theorists approach to organizational perception. In the study, the organization concept is introduced by comparing the organizational theories. The study has a qualitative style, and the Comparison Method has been made use of. At the end of the study, it was concluded that the theory can be considered as a systematic and strategic organization in a formal activity when approached in terms of classical theories. It was also observed that the rules that are defined and disciplined in an organization are very important both for process and personnel. It was determined that working in harmony is one of the most important matters; and verbal communication between managers and personnel is more determinative and effective than written communication in an organization. On the other hand, it was decided that organizations are very important in individuals’ lives in terms of both real and legal entity in terms of being means of public service
