In this frame, it deals with Israel’s dissuasive expectation through thedoctrine which was based on harming military infrastructure of theorganizations and their civil elements and forcing them to change theirbehaviors. This deterrence model which was created in Lebanon against Hezbollahis questioned whether it can be applicable to Israel’s security policy or notin the future. The study examines and explicates Israel’s Dahiya Doctrineexperience in the context of its further security claim and the threat imposedby Hezbollah and Hamas. The analysis frame intends to reveal the Dahiyadoctrine, which is a result of Israeli purposes and applications in the field,as a military behavior rather than a doctrine which stands on a concretetheoretical/conceptual structure.
