cases. Man/Woman ratio is 0,8/1 . 90% of parathyroid carcinoma is usually
hormonally active and presents with hypercalcemia clinic, and in many cases
also a palpable </span> <span style="font-size:12px;">  </span> <span style="font-size:12px;">or detectable big
neck </span> <span style="font-size:12px;">  </span> <span style="font-size:12px;">mass is </span> <span style="font-size:12px;">  </span> <span style="font-size:12px;">present. Our case is an exciting and rare
case due to first presentation is hypercalcemia and hyperparathyroidia with
