N2  - Objective: The gestational choricarcinoma with tubal ectopic pregnancy is very rare. This case is represented due to this rarity.Case Report: Thirty-one years old, gravida 3, parity 2, curettage 1 woman with severe pelvic pain after 1 month menstruation delay accepted to the clinic. Passive cervical bleeding and tenderness with cervical motion was obtained during pelvic examination. Marked defence and rebound was the sign of the abdominal physical examination. Pregnancy test were positive. Ultrasonography showed marked free fluid in the abdomen. Emergency laparotomy is applied to the patient because of the ruptured ectopic pregnancy diagnosis. Final histopathology of the specimen was choriocarcinoma, so EMA-CO protocol administered and after the chemotherapy complete remission is achieved.Conclusion: Choriocarcinomas with ectopic pregnancies have agressive progression since usually they have had metastases when diagnosed. Tubal pregnancies must be examined histopathologically for awareness of minor and in situ changes and cases must be followed by β- HCG levels.
