N2  - It is reported to be the most common cancer related with pregnancy. The incidence of cervical cancer at pregnancy is reported to be 1/2000 and pregnancy complicates one in every 34 cases of cervical cancer. Cervical cancer during pregnancy is a serious dilemma for both mother and physician. Up to the last decade, termination was advised for the pregnancies before 20 weeks in order to begin the treatment immediately. It is known now that the stage of the disease is not influenced by pregnancy and the treatment can be delayed up to the end of pregnancy. In this condition, the patient should be informed about the oncological profile. Owing to the relatively rare occurence of cervical cancer during pregnancy, definitive guideline for these patients remains unavailable and commensulate management is mostly influenced by stage of disease, gestaional age and patient’s desire. In this study, we reported a case of cervical adenocarcinoma diagnosed during 22th weeks of gestation.
