N2  - Objective: Struma ovarii is a rarely seen ovarian tumour that usually diagnosed in postoperative period by pathological examination.  Case: 41 years old patient has been consulted by the department of gyneacology. A conglomerated right adnexial mass sized as  175X70 mm has been seen by transvaginal ultrasonography.It has been diagnosed as struma ovarii by the pathologic examination.  Result: Struma ovarii has been a rare pathology. In this case report, whole characteristics of this pathologic tumour has been  discussed
