AB  - Amaç: Nörolojik hastalıklara sahipbireylerin ve bakım verenlerinin aktivite yönünden tedavi hedefleri arasındakiuyumu incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmayanörolojik hastalığa sahip 18-65 yaş arası 46 birey (26 erkek, 20 kadın) dahiledildi. Hasta ve bakım verenin aktivite yönünden tedavi hedefleri KanadaAktivite Performans Ölçümü (KAPÖ) ile değerlendirildi. Hastaların ve bakımverenlerin tedavi hedefleri, KAPÖ’ nün kendine bakım, üretkenlik ve serbestzaman aktiviteleri olan performans alanlarına göre kayıt edildi. Hastalarınbelirttiği aktivitelerin bakım veren tarafından söylenen aktivitelerle uyumuyüzde (%) olarak hesaplandı. Sonuçlar: Bireylerinyaş ortalaması 32,41 ± 15,31 yıldı. KAPÖ sonucu tedavi hedefi olarak hem hastalarhem de bakım verenler ilk sırada kendine bakım aktivitelerini belirttiler.Hastalar bakım verenlerden daha fazla üretkenlik aktiviteleri belirtirken; dahaaz serbest zaman aktiviteleri belirttiler. Bireyler ve bakım verenlerarasındaki tedavi hedeflerinin uyumu %26 olarak belirlendi. Kadın hastalar veonların bakım verenleri arasındaki tedavi hedeflerinin uyum ortalaması %29,erkek hastalar ve bakım verenleri arasındaki tedavi hedeflerinin uyumortalaması %26 idi. Tartışma: Çalışmamızsonucu, nörolojik hastalıklara sahip hastaların ve bakım verenlerinin aktiviteperformans alanlarından kendine bakım, üretkenlik ve serbest zamanaktivitelerine yönelik farklı aktiviteler belirttiği ve tedavi hedefleriarasındaki uyumun düşük olduğu görülmektedir. Bu da bakım verenlerin hastalaragöre iyileşmeye yönelik farklı beklentiler içerisinde olabileceğinigöstermektedir.
