AB  - Mantarlar (makrofunguslar) besin kaynağı ve ilaçolarak özellikle Doğu Asya’da yüzyıllardır diyetin bir parçasıdır. Sonzamanlarda üzerlerinde yapılan çalışmaların sayısının artması nedeniylemantarların ve ekstrelerinin tıbbi amaçla kullanımı daha popüler halegelmiştir. Mantarlar çoğunlukla polisakkaritler, terpenler ve sterollertaşımaktadır. Alkaloitler çok düşük dozlarda bile biyoaktif etki gösterirler vegenellikle Angiospermlerde bulunurlar. Bu grup bileşiklerin makrofunguslardabulunuşları oldukça sınırlıdır ve haklarında polisakkaritler ya da terpenlergibi diğer bileşiklerin mantarlarda yayılışları kadar detaylı bilgi yoktur. Buderlemede, mantarlarda bulunan alkaloitlerin dağılımı ve biyoaktivitelerineodaklandık.

N2  - Mushrooms (macrofungi) area part of the human diet as a source of both food and medicine for centuriesespecially in East-Asia. The use of mushrooms and their extracts for medicinalpurposes became more popular due to increasing number of research conducting onthem recently. They predominantly contain polysaccharides, terpenes andsterols. Alkaloids exhibits bioactive effects even in very small doses andmainly distributed in Angiosperms. Their occurrences in macrofungi is verylimited and not very-well documented as much as other constituents likepolysaccharides or terpenes. In this review, we focused on distribution andbioactivities of mushroom alkaloids.
