AB  - Epitelyal myoepitelyal karsinom (EMK) nadir görülen, en sık parotiste yerleşen, düşük dereceli malign tükürük bezi tipi bir tümördür. Burada, dört yıldır hastanemizde, yumuşak damakta şişlik şikayeti ile klinik ve radyolojik olarak takip edilen, son yıllarda lezyonun boyutunun artması üzerine eksize edilen ve histopatolojik inceleme sonrasında EMK tanısı alan, 32 yaşında kadın hasta, radyolojik, histopatolojik özellikleri ile birlikte sunulmaktadır.
