AB  - Endometriozis uterus dışında endometrial stroma veglandların ektopik yerleşimidir. Skar endometriozisi bu tablonun nadir bir formudur.Endometriozis vucutta en sık pelvik organlarda bulunur. Ekstragenitalendometriozis ise vücudun her yerinde olabilir ( 1-2 ).Ektopik meme dokusukonjenital bir anomali olup aksilladan kasığa kadar süt çizgisinin herhangi biryerinde olabilir( 3 ).Bu olguda ektopik gebelik nedeniyle salpingoooferektomiyapılıp yedi ay sonra karın ön duvarında ağrılı şişlik nedeniyle opere edilenhastaya ait biyopsi materyalinde endometriozis odağı içinde ektopik memedokusunun görülmesi sunulmaktadır.

N2  - Endometriosis is the ectopic presence of the endometrial stromaand glands outside of the uterus. Scar endometriosis is a rare subtype.Endometriosis usually seen in the pelvic organs. Extragenital endometriosis canbe anywhere in the body.Ectopic breast tissue is a congenital anomaly and can be anywherein the milk line from axillary to breast. This is the case ofsalpingooophorectomy due to ectopic pregnancy. The patient has undergoneanother surgery because of painful swelling in abdominal wall 7 months later offirst surgery. The biopsy material shows appearance of ectopic breast tissue inthe focus of endometriosis.
