AB  - Testiküler kanserler, tüm erkeklerde görülen malignitelerin% 1 ini oluşturan nadir görülen tümörlerdir.”-Burned-out testüküler kanser” germ hücreli tümörlerinekstragonadal metastazı ve primer lezyonun spontan regresyonuiçin kullanılan bir terminolojidir. Bu olguda inguinallenf nodu metastazı ile birlikte burned-out testikülertümörü olan 33 yaşında erkek hastayı sunmayı amaçladık.Hastaya sol yüksek inguinal orşiektomi operasyonu uygulandı.Patolojisi burned-out germ hücreli tümör olarakraporlandı. Makroskopik incelemede hiyalinize skar benzerilezyon gözlendi ve mikroskopik olarak tümör gözlenmedi.Uygun tedavi yaklaşımı açısından intragonaldal veekstragonadal testis tümörlerinin tanısının konulması çokönemlidir.

N2  - Testicular cancer is rarely seen cancer and constitutesnearly 1% of all male cancers. The ‘burned-out testiculartumor’ term is used for presence of extragonadal metastasisof germ cell tumor and the spontaneous regressionof the primary lesion. In this case we aimed to present a33 year-old male patient with burned-out testicular tumorwith inguinal lymph node metastasis. Left high inguinalorchidectomy operation was performed for this patient.The pathology result was reported as burned-out germ celltumor. On gross, a hyalinised scar-like lesion was reportedand any tumor never been observed microscopically.The diagnosis of intragonadal and extragonadal testiculartumors are very important for arranging the appropriatetreatment.
