Labour migration is alsorelated to wage differentials, the relative ease or difficulty of relocating toanother country and the absence of support networks. In the world millions of workers(labour) are travelling within and outside their countries in order to getjobs, better opportunities of employment and life. According to the ILOstatistics its estimated that 232 million workers are international migrants in2015. It’s been foreseen by ILO that globalization, demographic shifts,conflicts and climate change will be increasing the number of workers who willbe seeking employment and security outside their countries. The economicglobalization has increased that number especially in the developing countriesin where there is a huge problem of unemployment and poverty. ILOtarafından, küreselleşme, demografik değişimler, çatışmalar ve iklimdeğişikliğinin, ülkeleri dışında istihdam ve güvenlik arayan işçilerin sayısınıartıracağı öngörülüyor.
