Using a fixed effect model we measure the impact ofvarious country level information and communication technology characteristicson export flows. We particularly investigate the role of country level metricson internet access, computer access, and fixed broadband subscriptions in fosteringboth service and manufacturing goods exports. Our results show that access toICT stimulate trade flows at various levels.
