AB  - Malign Myoepitelyomalar tüm tükrük bezi malignitelerinin %1'inden azını oluştururlar. Malign Myoepitelyoma genellikle parotis bezinden kaynaklanır ancak minör tükrük bezlerinin bulunduğu bölgelerde de görülebilir. Pleomorfik adenomdan gelişen ve yumuşak damak kökenli Malign Myoepitelyoma çok nadir görülür. Bu makalede yumuşak damakta pleomorfik adenom zemininde gelişen bir Malign Myoepitelyoma olgusu sunulmuştur.
