N2 - The areas to which values relate have not been evident before the belief and thought have come to be systematic. Because in ancient civilizations, all these fields were in unity and they were hitting themselves as an integral whole. However, the divisions that started with the Renaissance period began to give fruit in the modern era and became more prominent in contemporary philosophy. Undoubtedly, the period of modern philosophy, which started with Descartes, distinguishes religion and philosophy distinctively, and has reached a peak with a sharp distinction between Kant's phenomena and numeration. In this article, we will try to show what kind of a philosophy of values namely politics, morality and legal norms are emerging from the perspective of theology, metaphysics and science in the Renaissance period and the modern era.
