The amount of lipophilics, identified by GC and GC-MS from the cones of A. cilicica (154.6 mg g-1 g) and A. bornmülleriana (131.8 mg g-1) was significantly different from others. The lowest value was obtained from the cones of P.orientalis (25.14 mg g-1). Abietic, neoabietic, sandaracopimaric and hydroxylated resin acids constituted the major compounds in the cones. Free fatty acids, resin aldehydes, resin hydrocarbons and sterols were the other chemical groups found in the composition. CR - o Ansin R, Ozkan C (1993) Tohumlu Bitkiler, Odunsu Taksonlar.
