Alandslide has a structure that changes the natural topography boundaries byreleasing the forest cover and vegetation. Heavy precipitation and seismicactivities, as well as the mass movement that can be caused by landslides,trigger the possible tendency to move the soil. The formation of the currentDigital Elevation model (DEM) of the area subject to landslides is important interms of determining the direction, character and effects of the landslide. Withthe help of aerial photographs obtained by Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), theproduction of high resolution and accurate DEMs is becoming increasinglywidespread. In this study, production and analysis of DEMs obtained fromdifferent dated flight data and reflecting the topography of an activelandslide area were performed. Finally, it was compared with RTK-GNSSmeasurement results in landslide areas. According to the results obtained inthe study, the production of DEM based on UAV provides higher accuracy atcentimeter level. In addition, the method used is more efficient, faster and lowercost than other terrestrial techniques.
