N2  - Struma ovarii is a rare form of ovarian tumors. Approximately 1% of all ovarian tumors and 2.7% of all dermoid ovarian tumors are classified as struma ovarii. Our patient was 50 years old and the macroscopic sight of the lesion size was 150x95mm. Peroperative frozen sections were reported benign and total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingoopherectomy was performed on both patients. The preoperative tumor markers and thyroid functional tests were within normal range.
