The two main factors that affect the success of companies in such an important sector are quality and ethics. In this study, it was tried to find out employees’ beliefs on non-ethical applications who work in different positions in hotels. As a result of the survey applied to the employees in three and four star hotels in Cappadocia, it was found out that respondents generally disapproved the non-ethical applications. Besides it was found out that the employees’ evaluation was different depending on their positions.
