N2  - Recently, while whole huminity witnesses the terrorism, the frigtenning and confusing, simultaneously,the project “ The Partnership for Improvement and a Comman Future with Northern Africa Region and Expanded Middle East” which is known as “ Great Middle East Project”, came to order . It’s not so difficult to get rid of the question marks in minds,about what the project was, which was no basis on formal documents, by the progressive events day by day.However, in that article which was written by the need to investigate and explain the issue deeply from versatileperspectives, it will be discussed what GMEP is, which not only concerns USA and also several other countries, processes and reflections on Turkey and some previsions will be made.
