N2  - Globalization is an inevitable and irreversible process, and has many faces; however, globalization is first and foremost comprehended in economic and financial terms. The last 15 years have witnessed dramatic increases in trade and capital flows, as well as radical changes in the structure and location of production. Foreign direct investment has been one of the core features of globalization and the world economy over the past two decades. Developing countries were starting to look to foreign direct investment as a source of capital. For this reason it would be useful to review the factors of foreign direct investment
