These factors are management policy, colleagues, manager, the quality of work and salary. During this study, a field research was committed in six companies situated in Bursa, Malatya and Eskisehir. The questionnaire method was used in this study. The data obtained from the method has been analyzed by SPSS 15.0 software program. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way variance analysis and regression analysis have been used in this analysis.
