Besides, the study also investigated whether these variables differed according to the gender, age, education, watch and seniority of nurses or not. The study was designed in an explanatory quality and questionnaire was used as the data collection method. 147 samples were reached by means of convenience sampling. According to findings of the study, job satisfaction had a full mediator role on the effect of process justice on organizational citizenship behavior regarding the organization and had a full mediator role on the effect of interactional justice on organizational citizenship behavior regarding the individual and organizational citizenship behavior regarding the organization. Furthermore, while the variables of gender, age, education and watch showed no significant difference, only the distribution by seniority, process and interactional justice and level of job satisfaction showed a difference.
