AB  - Düşmeler hastalar, hasta yakınları ve sağlıksistemi için ciddi sorunlara yol açabilir. Ek olarak düşmeler nörolojikhastalıklarda hayat kalitesinin kötüleşmesinde, hareketsizlikte ve hayatbeklentisinin azalmasında önemli bir belirleyicidir. Düşmeler Parkinson hastalarında da sık görülensorunlardandır. Bu gözden geçirmede nörolojik hastalıklarda ve Parkinsonhastalığında görülen düşmeler konusundaki en son gelişmeler özetlenecektir.
