AB  - This study focuses on theeffect of information systems in the management of international relationsoffices within the Turkish Higher Education System. The aim of the study is todetermine the role of information systems support in meeting the increasinginformation needs of office managers. For this purpose, the data obtained bythe survey method on the managers and employees of the international relationsoffice of the universities were analysed by One Simple T test.The results of the analysisindicate that the consultancy services are sufficient for the size of theservices provided by the system manufacturer. Evaluations regarding the size ofthe product use indicate that the system provides support in calculating grantsand calculating the number of people to be sent according to the length of stayand the payment plan. According to this; it can be said that the system inquestion is partially inadequate in meeting the administrative requirements.The system can be developed according to the administrator requirements and canbe used effectively.

N2  - Bu çalışma, Türk yükseköğretim sistemi içerisindeuluslararası ilişkiler ofisleri yönetiminde bilişim sistemlerinin etkisineyöneliktir. Araştırmanın amacı, ofis yöneticilerinin artan bilgi gereksinimlerinietkin biçimde karşılamada, bilişim sistemleri desteğinin rolünü belirlemektir.Bu amaçla üniversitelerin uluslararası ilişkiler ofisi yöneticileri veçalışanları üzerinde anket yöntemiyle elde edilen veriler One Simple T testiile analiz edilmiştir.Analiz sonuçları sistem üreticisinin sunduğu hizmetlerboyutuna yönelik olarak, danışmanlık hizmetlerinin yeterli olduğunugöstermektedir. Ürün kullanımı boyutuna yönelik değerlendirmeler ise hibelerhesaplanırken ödeme planının çıkarılması ve kalış sürelerine göre gönderilecekkişi sayısının hesaplanabilmesi konularında sistemin destek sağladığını göstermektedir. Buna göre; söz konusu sistemin yöneticigereksinimlerini karşılamada kısmen yetersiz kaldığı söylenebilir. Sisteminyönetici gereksinimlerine göre geliştirilerek etkili kullanılabilmesisağlanabilir.
