Theinstitutional logic approach focuses on the effects of conflictinginstitutional logics in the institutional fields on the organization. In the institutional logicapproach, rather than the processes of isomorphism and homogeneity as ininstitutional theory, there are heterogeneity and effects of differentinstitutional authorities on organizations and individuals. In recent years, a new trend has emerged inresearch of institutional logic and there is a serious academic accumulationrelated to multiple institutional logics, especially in internationalorganization and management literature. Studies with this trend show thatmultiple institutional logics can take place in the same institutional field. In this context, the purposeof this study is to reveal in detail the researches carried out in variousinstitutional fields on multiple institutional logics based on the existingliterature. At the end of the study, by making a general evaluation aboutmultiple institutional logics, in the future, some research suggestions will beshared. CR - Alford, R. R., ve Friedland, R. (1985).
