Plutella xylostella, Çanakkale iliMerkez ilçesi, Ezine ilçesi, Ayvacık ilçesi ile Ezine ilçesindeki lahanatarlalarında gündüz ve gece sürdürülen arazi çalışmalarında yakalandı.Gündüzleri atrap, geceleri ise ışık tuzakları kullanılmıştır. Sahaçalışmalarında toplam 35 erkek ve 108 dişi toplanmıştır. Örnekler laboratuvardapreparat yapımı için hazırlandı, erkek genital ve kanat preparatları yapıldı. Plutella xylostella'nın dış morfolojisive erkek genital organları ayrıntılı olarak tanımlandı. Çalışma sonucu olarak Plutella xylostella Çanakkale için ilkkayıttır.0000-0002-5274-1025Thisstudy was conducted in the field and the laboratory. Plutella xylostella was captured in cabbage fields in centraldistrict of Canakkale, Ezine district and Ayvacık district during the day andnight field studies. For during the day atrap, and for at night light trapswere used. In the field studies, totally 35 male and 108 female specimens werecollected. Specimens were dissected and male genitalia and wings microscopeslides were prepared in the laboratory. We described the external and genitalmorphology of the male Plutellaxylostella and diagnostic morphological features in detail.
