Bu yaklaşımlardan hareketle çalışmada hizmet işletmelerinde ekipüyelerinin birbirlerinin duygusal durumlarını anlamaları, onaylamaları ve buduygu durumlarına yönelik tepkilerini ifade eden kolektif empatinin, işbecerikliliğine etkisi incelenmiştir. İş becerikliliği, çalışanların görevleriarasındaki ilişkileri, işlerinin sınırları ve diğerleri ile iletişimleriniyeniden tanımlamalarını ifade etmektedir. Araştırmada ayrıca bireylerinetkileşimleri esnasında başkalarının duygularını yakalayabilme ve taklit etmeleriniifade eden duygusal bulaşıcılığın kolektif empati ve iş becerikliliğiilişkisindeki rolünü incelemesi dolayısıyla özgün bir yapı ifade etmektedir. KW - Kolektif empati KW - duygusal bulaşıcılık KW - iş becerikliliği N2 - In today's competitive environment, even if theorganizations seem to exhibit an individual driven institution structure, the“synergistic teamwork systems are more and more applied and the concept ofemotion is gaining importance in the group. Based on this approach, the aim ofthis study is to examine the role of the team members in understanding theemotional states of each other and the effects of collective empathy on theirjob crafting and the role of emotional contagion on this relationship. The study was carried out with the employeesin the field of health and accommodation sector where the concepts ofcollective empathy, emotional contagion and job crafting were consideredimportant. The data obtained in this sample showed that collective empathy hada descriptive effect on job crafting and emotional contagion have a moderatorrole on this relationship. The conceptual model also has an original structurebecause it examines the role of emotional contagion which expresses the abilityof individuals to capture and imitate the emotions of others during theirinteractions, in the relationship between collective empathy and job crafting.
