N2  - Oral mucosal lesions are the patologies that are experienced so often not only by destinsts but also the family physician otorhinolaryngology and dermatology policlinics.These lesions do not only indicate infectious, aoutoimmune, premalignant or malignant lesions but also, indicator of systemic diseases in oral cavity. Because of relapsing, the lesion affect quality of life negatively. Systemic medicals are used for resistant cases which are not affected by topical preparations. But these drugs have too much side effects. In some cases, they have no positive effect. Alternative medicine have not only significant influence on people but also safer than other treatment practices. Acupuncture and phytotherapy are especially preferred to treat oral aphthous ulcers. However, neuraltherapy have positive effects on complicated and resistant cases. Because every illness is coming from interference field. Disfunction of vegatative nervous system which is the main reason for ilnesses for most of the patients. Neuraltherapy is the most efficent method in these types of cases.These practices can be used individually or combined between each other
