N2  - In today’s society, the imposition of morality as law is a widespread opinion just because it’s general acceptance. That the evaluation of abortion on moral grounds starts with the problem of coding the women as a mother. Furthermore, the fetus is defined as a child as to moral principles. In a society where the woman is not seen as a person but a mother, her decision about her body becomes unrecognizable. Since the abortion is not accepted as a right, it stuck between the rights of women and fetus. Against not noticing the abortion as a right, the position of law is the main research object of this essay
