currently active, but the others are no longer published. This editorial
presents information about a new peer-reviewed international journal on
acarology, </span> <i> <span lang="en-gb" style="font-size:14px;line-height:107%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:rgb(51,51,51);" xml:lang="en-gb"> <a href="http://dergipark.gov.tr/acarolstud">Acarological Studies </a> </span> </i> <span lang="en-gb" style="font-size:12pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333;" xml:lang="en-gb"> <span style="font-size:14px;"> ( </span> <i> <a href="http://dergipark.gov.tr/acarolstud"> <span style="font-size:14px;">AS </span> </a> </i> <span style="font-size:14px;">), aim of which is
to promote acarological research worldwide. The journal </span> <i> <a href="http://dergipark.gov.tr/acarolstud"> <span style="font-size:14px;">AS </span> </a> </i> <span style="font-size:14px;"> is expected to give
a new impulse to the acarology. </span> <i> <a href="http://dergipark.gov.tr/acarolstud"> <span style="font-size:14px;">AS </span> </a> </i> <span style="font-size:14px;">
providing full open access to acarological information uses </span> <a href="https://www.lockss.org/"> <span style="font-size:14px;">LOCKSS </span> </a> <span style="font-size:14px;"> digital preservation system. All papers
