Result of structural equationmodeling confirmed the positive relationship between exogenous variables;hospitality service, the behavior of the people, and the cost of stay withtourist overall satisfaction. It further confirmed the significant positiveassociation between tourist overall satisfaction and their intention to return.All the relations are statistically significant at the 5% level ofsignificance. This study provides salient reference for future researcher,destination managers and policy makers of tourism industry of Nepal.
