AB  - Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare benign mesenchymal myxoid tumor characterized by local infiltration and high recurrencerate. It is rarely seen in males and is locatedin the differential diagnosis of inguinoscrotalmasses. In this case report, we aimed to present the diagnosis and treatment of aggressiveangiomyxoma in a 81-year-old male patientwith massive inguinoscrotal mass.

Erkeklerde nadir olarak görülür veinguinoskrotal kitlelerin ayırıcı tanısında yeralır. Biz bu olgu sunumunda masif inguinoskrotal kitle ile başvuran 81 yaşındaki erkekhastada saptadığımız agresif anjiomiksomtanı ve tedavisini sunmayı amaçladık
