AB  - Buçalışma ile, hem Avrupa hem de Asya kıtalarının etkisinde kalan İstanbul ilininiç su balık faunasının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Balık örneklemesi lotik velentik biyotoplardaki 136 farklı lokalitede DC Elektroşoker ve sade ağkullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, Atherinidae,Centrarchidae, Clupeidae, Cobitidae, Cyprinidae, Esocidae, Gasterosteidae,Gobiidae, Percidae, Poecilidae, Salmonidae ve Syngnathidae olmak üzere 12familyaya ait toplam 38 takson tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma alanında, 20 taksonile Cyprinidae en fazla tür çeşitliliğine sahip iken, Atherinidae,Centrarchidae, Clupeidae, Esocidae, Gasterosteidae, Poecilidae, Salmonidae veSyngnathidae familyaları birer tür ile temsil edilmiştir. En yaygın rastlanantürler Cyprinidae familyasından Petroleuciscusborysthenicus (Kessler, 1859), Rhodeusamarus (Bloch, 1782) ve Gobio kovatschevi Chichkoff 1937’dir. Buçalışmayla İstanbul balık faunası için Cobitisstrumicae Karaman, 1955, Alburnoideskosswigi Turan, Kaya, Bayçelebi, Bektaş & Ekmekçi, 2017 veSalmo coruhensis Turan, Kottelat & Engin, 2010 türleri ilk defabildirilmektedir. Elde edilemeyen 4 türle birlikte İstanbul’da yaşayan iç subalığı türü sayısı 42 olmuştur.

N2  - With this study, it was aimed to determine the fishfauna of inland waters of İstanbul city located in the Europe and Anatolia andshowed a metropolitan characteristic. Fish sampling was carried out in 136different locations in lotic and lentic biotopes using a DC Electroshocker andseine-net. A total of 38 taxa belonging to 12 families was identified as Atherinidae,Centrarchidae, Clupeidae, Cobitidae, Cyprinidae, Esocidae, Gasterosteidae,Gobiidae, Percidae, Poecilidae, Salmonidae and Syngnathidae. In the study area,Cyprinidae has the highest species diversity with 20 taxa, while Atherinidae,Centrarchidae, Clupeidae, Esocidae, Gasterosteidae, Poecilidae, Salmonidae andSyngnathidae families are represented by one species. The most common found fishspecies belong to the family Cyprinidae as Petroleuciscusborysthenicus (Kessler, 1859), Rhodeusamarus (Bloch, 1782) and Gobiokovatschevi Chichkoff 1937, respectively. Cobitis strumicae Karaman, 1955,Alburnoides kosswigi Turan, Kaya, Bayçelebi, Bektaş & Ekmekçi, 2017 andSalmo coruhensis Turan, Kottelat & Engin, 2010 were recorded for thefirst time for İstanbul city fish fauna. The number of inland fish speciesliving in Istanbul was 42 with 4 species that could not be captured in thisstudy.
