Balıklar 110 ve 220 µg/L emamectin benzoate etkisine 96 saatve 14 günlük sürelerle bırakılarak beyin, karaciğer ve böbrek dokularındaasetilkoinesteraz (AChE) aktiviteleri belirlenmiştir.Emamectin benzoate maruz bırakılan O. niloticus'un beyin, karaciğer veböbrek dokularında asetilkoinesteraz (AChE) enzim aktivitesi kontroldeğerleriyle ile karşılaştırıldığında önemli değişiklikler belirlenmiştir Emamectin benzoate’a maruz bırakılan O.niloticus'un beyin, karaciğer ve böbrek dokularında AChE aktivitesi kontroldeğerleriyle ile karşılaştırıldığında tüm sürelerde azaldığı belirlenmiştir. The weresignificant changes in asetilkoinesteraz(AChE) activities in brain, liver and kidney tissues of O. niloticus exposed to emamectinbenzoate compared to controls. AChE activity in brain, liver and kidney tissuesof O. niloticus, was reduced in all periodswhen compared to control values.
