Pek çok ekonomik ve çevresel getirisi bulunanEA’ların menzillerinin sınırlı olması, neredeyse her gün şarj edilmelerinigerektirmekte ve bu da elektrik güç sistemine ek yük getirmektedir. Buçalışmada elektrik dağıtım sistemlerinde çok sayıda EA olması durumundakarşılaşılan gerilim problemleri ve kayıpları minimize etmek için yenidenyapılandırma yaklaşımı incelenmektedir. Eniyileme probleminin çözümü için armoniaraması yöntemi (AAY) kullanılmaktadır. Ortaya konan yaklaşımla, sistemdefarklı sayıda EA ve dağıtık generatör olması durumları dikkate alınarak IEEE 33bara test sisteminde çözülmekte ve ardından sonuçlara yer verilmektedir.
