belongs to the Apiaceae family were evaluated. The essential oils from roots,
leaves, flowers and fruits obtained by hydrodistillation were analyzed by Gas
Chromatography (GC) and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy (GC-MS),
simultaneously. The volatile compounds were identified by using <i>in-house </i> and commercially libraries. The
possible antioxidant activities of each essential oil were determined at <i>in vitro </i> conditions and the results were
