Pozitif teknolojilerin sağlık hizmetlerinde ve sağlık kurumlarındakullanım alanlarının arttığı ve dijital dönüşümlerin sağlık sektörünün birçokalanında kendini gösterdiği söylenebilir. Elektronik sağlık kayıtları, mobilsağlık, teletıp, portal teknolojisi, self servis kioskları, uzaktan kumandalıaraçlar, sensörler ve giyilebilir teknoloji, kablosuz iletişim, gerçek zamanlıkonum belirleme hizmetleri, farmakogenomik/genom dizilemesi gibi teknolojiler,son yıllarda sağlık hizmetlerinde kullanılan pozitif teknolojiler arasında yeralmaktadır. Sağlık hizmeti kalitesinin ve sağlık sonuçlarınıniyileştirilmesinde önemli bir rolü olan hasta katılımı, son yıllarda dikkatçeken konular arasındadır. Hasta katılımı, sağlık hizmetlerinin ayrılmaz birparçasıdır. Pozitif teknolojiler hastaların alışkanlıklarını yönetmede, evde veişyerinde diğer insanlarla olan ilişkilerini idare etmede fayda sağlamaktadırve hastaları kendi sağlıklarını yönetmeleri için güçlendirmektedir. Hastalarpozitif teknolojiler aracılığıyla kendi bakımlarının gerektirdiği şekildesağlık hizmetleri sunumuna katılım sağlayabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada pozitifteknolojilerin hasta katılımdaki rolünün incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. It can be said that the use of positive technologiesin health services and in health institutions has increased and digitaltransformations are manifested in many areas of the health sector. Theelectronic health records, mHealth, telemedicine, portal technology,self-service kiosks, remote monitoring tools, sensors and wearable technology,wireless communication, real-time locating services and pharmacogenomics/genomesequencing have been among the positive technologies used in health services inrecent years. Patient engagement, which has an important role in improvinghealth service quality and health outcomes, is one of the prominent issues inrecent years. Patient engagement is an integral part of health services. Positivetechnologies are useful for managing patients' habits and managingrelationships with other people at home and at work, and empower patients tomanage their own health. Patients can participate in the provision of healthservices as required by their care through positive technologies.
