En sık görülen semptomu ağrı olan bu grupta uzun yıllar tek veya kombine ağrı kesiciler kullanılmaktadır. Kaplıca tedavisi sayesinde geçici bir süre veya kalıcı olarak ilaç tedavisinin bırakılması, gerek ilaçların yan etkilerinden kurtulmada gerekse ekonomik açıdan fayda sağlamaktadır. Bu derlemenin hazırlanmasının amacı; ülkemizde ve tüm dünyada romatizmal hastalıkların tedavisi sırasında kaplıca kürü sonrası ilaç terkini ve bunun insan sağlığına ve ülke ekonomisine kazandırdıklarını tespit etmektir. Bu makalede yerli ve yabancı dergilerde ilgili konularda yayınlanmış bilimsel çalışmalar ve makaleler yanında resmi kurumların istatistiki verilerinden de yararlanılmıştır.İncelenen araştırmalar sonucunda; kaplıca kürü sonrasında romatizmal hastalıkların tedavisinde kullanılan ilaçların anlamlı miktarda azaltıldığı veya tamamen terkedildiği tespit edilmiştir. Kaplıca tedavisinin romatizmal hastalık tedavisi gören hastalara faydalı olacağı kanaatine ulaşılmaktadır. Its frequency and severity increases in the elderly requiring drug therapy almost throughout their lives. As the most common symptom is pain, single or combined painkillers are used for long periods. Temporary or permanent drug vacation due to thermal therapy is useful for both wiping of the adverse effects of drugs and gaining economic benefits.The aim of this compilation is to detect the benefits of cessation of drugs after thermal curing of rheumatoid illnesses during therapy on human health and general economy both in our country and worldwide. In this article, we have benefited from the scientific studies and articles on related subjects published in local and international literature as well as statistical data of government agencies.As a result of the study, it is determined that drugs used in rheumatoid illnesses post thermal cure have significantly decreased or completely ceased.
